Glenview, IL and Indianapolis, IN (CEDIA Expo Booth #3745) – August 27, 2012 – Crimson AV, LLC today announced that it will demonstrate their new series of Ultra-Thin Articulating AV mount solutions designed for the residential and commercial markets at CEDIA Expo 2012, which takes place in Indianapolis, IN September 5-8, 2012. Two new models, AU42 and AU65, will be available in October. 

 

Crimson’s new assortment of Ultra-Thin Articulating Mounts are the world’s thinnest, securely holding flat panel displays a mere 1.09” from the wall when retracted and a full 21" when fully extended. Smooth tilt adjustments of +15° forward and 3° side-to-side roll facilitates perfectly parallel screen positioning for a variety of viewing angles. Three attachment points for wood studs or concrete walls provide additional installation safety and security, while an integrated cable management system preserves design and décor aesthetics. 

 

The AU42, which is compatible with 13-42”+ flat panel displays, sells for only $199 (MSRP), and the AU65, which is compatible with 13-65”+ flat panel displays, sells for only $249 (MSRP). Both models can hold displays weighing up to 80 pounds. AU42 comes with a 100x100 through 200x200mm interface and is expandable to 400x400mm when the optional AD400 Vesa Adapter is used. AU65 is a universal mount with hole pattern through 600x400mm.

 

During CEDIA Expo 2012 in booth #3745, Crimson will demonstrate the new Ultra-Thin Articulating mounts to attendees alongside many other new SKUs designed to maximize value and efficiency while minimizing installation time, cost and resources.
