AURORA MULTIMEDIA ANNOUNCES Digital Xtreme 2nd Generation Card-Based HD Video Matrix:  — Aurora Multimedia’s new DXM G2 HD matrix switchers come in three frame sizes: DXM-88, DXM-1616 and DXM-3232.
 
MORGANVILLE, NJ, June 12, 2013 (Booth 9-C125) — Aurora Multimedia, a leader in IP control systems and HD video distribution, announces its new 2nd generation Digital Xtreme Matrix (DXM) switchers now with HDBaseT CAT I/O cards offering 1080P 60Hz transmission over single CAT cable up to 600ft. Units are available in three Card Cage sizes; 8x8, 16x16 and 32x32 allowing for flexible/scalable configurations. All units offer auto EDID learning and management for ease of setup. Associated HDBaseT Tx and Rx modules are remotely powered by the DXM units over the single CAT cable. The new units also offer flexible RS232 and IR signal routing to individual outputs or to all outputs simultaneously for unprecedented display control. 
 
With a full assortment of Input cards no format is left behind with crystal clear digital conversion to 1920 x 1080 60Hz. Cards are available in HDMI, HDBaseT-CAT, VGA/YPbPr, HD-SDI and Fiber. Output cards are available in HDMI, HDBaseT-CAT, SDI and VGA. The HDBaseT I/O cards are fully compatible with Aurora’s family of DXE-CAT products and new DXW Wall Plates.
